- All parties to the e Buyer Center(eBC) are of legal age.
- The information (such as RFQs, Quotes, Products, contacts, companies, etc) is provided by buyers and suppliers. The business activity shall be limited only between the buyers and the suppliers participating in the cases.
- Any offer, order, acceptance, made under Member ID and Password shall be deemed to have been made and authorized by users(eBC members).
- The eBC members agree that orders and acceptances made by members shall be considered as final and cannot be canceled or changed after such orders are accepted or the acceptances are made as the case may be.
- The eBC reserves the right to evaluate and determine applicants' qualifications.
- All eBC members must agree with that all disputes arising between the buyers and the suppliers shall be judged from electronic data recorded in the eBC system.
- Suppliers shall not reject buyers' orders for their products as publicized through the eBC and buyers shall
not refuse to execute the placed orders.
- No nickname is allowed to be used by both buyers and suppliers. Controlling bid prices in the eBC platform is strictly prohibited.

- All information submitted to the eBC will be the sole responsibility of the person/company from which such content originated.
- The ownership of all information submitted to the eBC will be held by the eBC alone. The information will be used in the eBC platform and eBC communities.
- The eBC members agree that RFQs/Quotes information to be posted on other trade bulletin boards and B2B trading related websites for the purpose of sourcing and promotion.

- The duplication, reproduction, modification, publication, copying or transmission of material from the eBC is strictly prohibited. The material covered by this prohibition includes, without limitation, any text, graphics, logos, photographs, available on the eBC.

- The e Buyer Center (eBC) is a neutral platform provider for website trading.
- The service of the eBC is limited to the software platform.
- The eBC reserves the rights to remove any incorrect, improper, duplicated information. Information on the eBC platform is provided without warranty of any kind.
- The eBC cannot make any guarantee of the accuracy and validity of information displayed on the platform.
- The eBC is not responsible for any offer(RFQs, Quotes), contact information, and contracts(P/O, P/I). Neither the eBC, nor Alpine Business Inc. should be held liable for any conflicts by two trading parties (buyers and suppliers).
- The eBC will not be liable for losses caused directly or indirectly by market rulings, government restriction, power, computer, telephone or internet failure, or any other conditions beyond control of the eBC.
- The eBC will not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever suffered if any unauthorized person gains access to the Service.
- The eBC will not be liable in any way for any content displayed.

- The eBC excludes any warranties or representations regarding the service.
- The eBC makes no warranties and will not be responsible for the following: Any damages from communication circuit failure, hard disk failure , data transfer failure, network failure, and service interruption.
- The eBC will not be liable for any unavailability of the service where it is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, for example, technical or communications breakdown, industrial action or power failure.

- The eBC reserves the right to end, suspend members' access to the platform without notice.
- These terms and any other relevant matter shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C. and legal proceedings in connection with these terms may be taken in Taichung District Court in Taiwan, R.O.C..
- The eBC reserves the right to terminate these terms and service at any time without notice.
- The User's Agreement could be updated to provide better service. The eBC members may check updated contents at routine intervals.
