and Open Modes for
all online traders : |
All registered members applied for the Regular Mode
which is the Anonymous Mode .
The Regular Mode is free and allows traders to
enter the following sections :

for Quotations )
Sales Dept. ( Quotations )
Purchasing Dept.
Meeting
Room ( Negotiation )
Display Room
Credit Profiles
Ranking, and
Comparison Charts.
The Open Mode will allow traders to access the sections
listed above and the following sections :
RAS - Request A Sample
Suppliers
Invitation Programs ( For Partners, Preferred / Contract Suppliers )
Inviting Online Suppliers
to participate in the Bidding ( Reverse Auctions )
Selecting the
Supplier best suited to meet your needs : Bidding Room
Documentation.
Traders are required to obtain
the eBC Pass for upgrading to the Open
Mode.

The best time for buyers upgrading to the Open
Mode : |
Normally, suppliers applied for the
Regular Mode ( the Anonymous Mode ) at the
beginning.
Upgrading to the Open Mode right after finishing
the processing of RFQs ( Request For Quotes ).

upgrade to the Open Mode before starting
the processing of Reverse Auctions.
