The eBC Marketplace offers both Regular and Open Modes for all online traders :

All registered members applied for the Regular Mode which is the Anonymous Mode . The Regular Mode is free, and allows traders to enter the following sections : Supplier Lobby ( Submitting Quotations ) Purchasing Dept. ( RFQs ) Sales Dept. Meeting Room ( Negotiation ) Display Room Credit Profiles and Ranking. The Open Mode will allow traders to access the sections listed above and the following sections : RAS ( Request A Sample, catalog, brochure . . . ) Programs To participate in the Bidding ( Reverse Auctions ) : Bidding Room Documentation. Traders are required to obtain the eBC Pass for upgrading to the Open Mode. * More Details for the eBC Pass.

The best time for suppliers upgrading to the Open Mode :

Normally, suppliers applied for the Regular Mode ( the Anonymous Mode ) at the beginning. Upgrading to the Open Mode right after finishing the processing of RFQs / Quotations. * We recommended that suppliers upgrade to the Open Mode before starting the processing of Reverse Auctions.
